![]() ![]() I am desperately waiting for more to come though. Since TSW doesn't have a full blown editor, I can't do that there. But I like running random services on the full length routes with working AI Trains, and (again thanks to modding) I can just generate and tweak a random scenario and have unlimited enjoyment. They promised it before with the 20xx series but only the modding community made it possible, so I wouldn't be surprised if it never happens, but it's not a bad game. I was really impressed with TSW, and I really hope they support their community and add peripheral support. All you need to use a throttle quadrant for TS2020 is TS Conductor or TS Bridge 圆4, and TS-fireman. As soon as custom scenarios and peripheral support are available I might make the switch. ![]() #Train simulator 2020 driver#TSW doesn't currently support Rail Driver or any other peripherals other then mouse/keyboard and Gamepad. The main issue with TS2020 is that because it's been around much longer there's a ton of DLC (official and third party) which is generally accepted as being owned by most people in the community so they're standard requirements for most routes or scenarios, so getting to the stage where you could enjoy a route properly with all the appropriate stock and requirements will not be cheap, whereas TSW currently offers sort of packaged experiences with everything in one or two DLCs.įor me, TS2020 is the way to go. We have the more or less all major main lines in Britain and a lot of smaller lines too, but I admit the focus is generally more on passenger. RailDriver - Drive your train simulator with realistic throttle, brake, reverser and switches. In TS 2020 things are generally more aimed at current era but there's some awesome stuff like the Armstrong Powerhouse class 37 which has already been mentioned, and in terms of routes there's vastly more. Ah TSW actually has a fair bit of that era - this might take your fancy perhaps? Or maybe this and this. ![]()
